If you would like to update your child's emergency contact information, please complete the Emergency Contact Change Form. This form must be submitted if your child needs to be picked up by someone who is not currently listed in our school system. For the safety of our students, only individuals listed as approved emergency contacts will be permitted to pick up your child.
