New Administrative Appointment Banner ImageOn May 15, the Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments:
 




New Appointments:

Photo of Dr. Piccolo
Dr. David Piccolo, Principal at Liberty High
During his career, David Piccolo has held the following positions: Area II Superintendent for Brevard County Public Schools (2003-2007); Superintendent of Merritt Island Christian School (2007-2010); Head of School for Augusta Christian Schools in Georgia (2010-2015); and Head of School for Coastal Christian Preparatory School in South Carolina (currently). He received his bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He also received his education specialist and doctorate degrees from Argosy University.

Janine Bracco, Assistant Principal at Highlands Elementary
During her career, Janine Bracco has held the following positions: Teacher at Public School 131 in New York City (2002-2004); Teacher and Literacy Coach at Horizon Middle (2004-2016); and District ELA Resource Teacher in the Middle School Curriculum and Instruction Department for the Osceola School District (2016-present). She received her bachelor’s degree in English from Saint Francis College and her master’s degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.


Transfers:

Melanie Cleveland, currently Assistant Principal at Osceola High, will be transferred to be Assistant Principal at Lakeview Elementary.
